KDE 4.1 needs cmake > 2.6.0 in order to build.
Build order for KDE4.1:

kdelibs-4.1.0
kdebase-runtime-4.1.0
kdebase-workspace-4.1.0
kdebase-4.1.0
kdepimlibs-4.1.0
Most other packages can be built after these ones are installed, with the following exceptions:
kdebindings appear to be broken on Slackware at this time.
